Executive Director

The Executive Director of USAdoption Solutions is Carle Sargent. He has over ten years of experience in Adoption. He has worked at a private adoption agency in multiple capacities. Carle has the unique perspective of having experienced the adoption process from all angles. He has been an adoptive parent, a case worker, administrator, fundraiser and development director. He has the background, knowledge and understanding of the entire adoption process including: training of adoptive families; assisting families in the searching/ matching process; case management; and supporting families. Carle also has a Bachelor's degree in business administration and over 20 years marketing and business related experience.
